The Lakeview Townhomes project includes thirty upscale modern townhomes positioned directly on the lakeshore of a spectacular 21-acre lake in suburban Solon, Ohio. Each townhome features three-levels with a private roof deck and lower level access to the water. Minimizing the scale at grade and grouping the units together along the shoreline with single access drives allowed for the preservation of the forest, a prime objective of the project. The townhomes are staggered to enhance privacy, but the interiors are completely open with expansive glass on the north façade to take advantage of the incredible lake views.
