Lakefront Condominiums

A modern lakefront retreat, the Lakefront Condominium project was intended to serve mostly as second homes to access the Great Lakes and the region. The inspiration was seeing flocks of seagulls on the lake and the shape of the seagulls wings. The building was designed with 63 units, a rooftop terrace, boat docks, floating pool and associated amenities.
