In an age of constant change and renewed focus on employee wellness, Alexander Mann Solutions and their designers were faced with the challenge of creating a workplace rooted in both their strong, established culture, as well as a global enhancement of wellbeing within the workplace. A clear message was created through the interiors about the brand, its values, and how wellness through biophilic design can be a true differentiator. The design team transformed the AMS headquarters into a place for safe human interactions, focused work, and creativity, immersed in a health-promoting oasis, all within the urban density of downtown Cleveland.
